  • If you would like your abstract to be considered for a talk, the submission deadline is: TBA

  • Abstracts should be submitted with your online registration, using the Registration tab.

  • Abstract word limit is 400 words.

  • 12 minute presentation + 3 minutes of questions.

  • Please create presentations in PowerPoint.

POSTERS:

  • Abstract Deadline: TBA

  • Abstracts should be submitted with your online registration using the Registration tab. 

  • Abstract word limit is 400 words.

  • Maximum: 42 x 42 inches portrait orientation

  • Will be hung on cork board.

  • Poster printing is available on request. Please email us at ToledoCellulART@gmail.com for pricing and information.

  • In the rare case that the number of submitted abstracts exceeds our capacity, we will select abstracts based on relevance to cytoskeletal research.​

​GENERAL TIPS

  • Please hang posters during the allotted time from 8:15 am-9:00 am. If you are unable to do so, then please use one of the coffee breaks. 

  • ​We will provide thumbtacks for hanging. ​

  • We encourage you to stand at your poster throughout the entire poster session; however, since we are not judging posters, you are allowed to view other posters.​

  • Any posters that are not removed at the conclusion of the meeting will be thrown away.​

POSTER SPECIFICATIONS

  • A label at the top of your poster should indicate the title of your poster, authors, and author affiliations. 

  • The submitted abstract should be included in your poster.​​

  • ​It is also advised to include a brief introduction as well as conclusions. ​

  • Illustrations and graphs should be legible from 2-3 feet away.

  • Fonts should be large enough to be legible from 4-5 feet away.​
